You will get a full body workout, combining cardio, strength, core and stability training into one to help you achieve your postpartum fitness goals. You will burn hundreds of calories, gain strength and confidence and notice results with every session.
We want to help you feel you strong and confident as you navigate the balance of motherhood in a safe, non-judgmental zone. The sessions are kept small and personalized and you will feel like you have your own personal trainer!
We love hanging out with other Mama's, so we meet once per month after class for lunch!
