Pound/Bootcamp (Outdoor)

Join us for our 6-week outdoor Pound & Bootcamp program!


Pound Tuesdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Bootcamp Thursdays: 7pm - 7:45pm

Location: Claudette Cain Park (660 River Rd) - Use the second parking lot on the north side

Here's what we are doing to help keep you safe during Covid-19:

  • Sanitization area 
  • Asking members to self-screen before attending each class
  • Setting you up over 6ft apart from each other
  • A set of sanitized ripstix 
  • Eliminating Equipment sharing


Equipment required:

You'll need a yoga mat (for Pound & Bootcamp) and a set of dumbells (5, 8, 10, 12 lbs for Bootcamp). These can be purchased at Canadian Tire, Winners, Superstore, Fitness Depot. You can also get creative and use water jugs, soup cans, etc. Get creative.

We train if it rains, but reschedule if it thunders

Pound/Bootcamp (Outdoor)

  • Perfectly Fit has the right to cancel any sessions that do not meet minimum requirements for registration. In the event that we do, you will be refunded the full amount.

    Should you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your program start date or if you request a refund during the 6-week program, it must be accompanied by a doctors note.
