A perfect way for you to get out and meet other like-minded Moms in your community with your baby in tow.
You will get a full body workout, combining cardio, strength, core and stability training into one to help you achieve your postpartum fitness goals. You will burn hundreds of calories, gain strength and confidence and notice results with every session.
We want to help you feel you strong and confident as you navigate the balance of motherhood in a safe, non-judgmental zone.
2 sessions/week for 4 weeks - FEBRUARY
