Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, using lightly weighted drumsticks,


Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out! Burn 400+ calories per hour, Cinch the waistline, slim the thighs, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Drastically improve your rhythm, timing, coordination, speed, agility, endurance, and musicality. 


Designed for all fitness levels, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, improving your health, and rocking out!


Here's what we are doing to help keep you safe during Covid-19:

  • Sanitization area 
  • A set of sanitized ripstix set up over 6ft apart from each other
  • Asking members to self-screen before attending each class
  • Eliminating Equipment sharing


Equipment required:

You'll need a yoga mat!


Weather Policy: 

We train if it rains, but reschedule if it thunders


Pound (Outdoor)

  • Perfectly Fit has the right to cancel any sessions that do not meet minimum requirements for registration. In the event that we do, you will be refunded the full amount.

    Should you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your program start date or if you request a refund during the 6-week program, it must be accompanied by a doctors note.
