OUTDOOR POUND

We are obsessed with our Pound sessions and you should be too! It's the workout that you don't realize that you are working out because you are having too much fun rocking out to the beat of the music! In a 45 minute session, you will have completed over 1000 squats & lunges, burned over 400 calories, released so much stress and sweat, and most importantly, unleashed your inner rockstar. This class is a must!

 

Designed for all fitness levels, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, improving your health, and rocking out!

*Covid-19: We are taking every protocol and safety measure to ensure that we are doing our part to help keep you safe. We will have a sanitization area for you, set up to keep you over 6ft apart at all times, ask you to self-screen before every class and we will keep attendance.
