These sessions are designed to help ease your mind, connect to your breath and to help you feel grounded. I will then take you through some stretches or flows to help relax and relieve tightness and tension in the body. We end it off with some powerful words and affirmations, along with some deep breaths together.

The session is light, gentle, and relaxing with music that enhances the flow.
